The Reading Program

The program is an after-school supplemental program with a unique one-on-one approach to learning for students in grades K-12 who are struggling with reading and math and performing on, or below, grade level.  This one-on-one method sets us apart from tutors and other services.

With The Free To Read Curriculum for at-risk children, students learn to develop a solid foundation in reading with phonics. The reading components are intensive phonics, alphabet in song and pictures, sight words, phrases, sentences, and vocabulary.

The Center uses several techniques to accomplish its mission.
